SHIPPING POLICY

Customers are responsible for paying shipping charges on their orders unless there is a sitewide promotion offering free shipping. Worldwide shipping is available and costs will vary depending on location. We partner with Shippo to bring you the best shipping rates. Shipping costs are non-refundable on return orders and the amount will not be added to your store credit. If returning an item, we will be responsible for the shipping cost and provide you with a return label. To return an item, please carefully place it back in the original envelope/box, print the return label that we provide, and drop it off at the corresponding provider's nearest location.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Autumn Parade, we take pride in our exclusive range of unique, vintage pieces. The ages, wear, and defects differ from each individual product and will always be disclosed to our customers. We attempt to accurately display and describe an item to the best of our ability. However, if you have concerns regarding a purchase, issues with sizing, or are otherwise unhappy with your order, your item(s) can be returned within 14 days upon receiving for a full refund or exchange for another item of equal value. After 14 days, you can return your item for store credit to Autumn Parade. Once an item has been received, it will be inspected for flaws, once approved, your store credit will be issued to you.
